Very, very happy with Arlene Hartley, and support staff. on this apt. I had a few new issues, directly after my apt. I got X-Ray, Blood work, and received a call for PT, I returned home within 30 to 40 minutes of my apt. time. How does it get any better than that ? again Arlene Hartley and support staff are just simply Amazing.

Very good. *Dr. Hartley has seen my family member for years and we feel very confident in her ability and her interaction with us.
I have had my blood drawn many times at the clinic. On many occasions, the experience was painful, on this visit PA *Hartley ordered a blood draw before I departed. I asked if it needed to be done at her clinic. She said yes. Again a painful draw. NO more blood draws at this clinic.

With *Dr. Goldburg. Nurse called and scheduled, a week out, I was experiencing double vision, blurred vision and headaches. She did no even talk to me just left a message. Called & scheduled with ophthalmologist who recommended MRI. Tried to get in to quick care & was given a card & told my symptoms were COVID. Yes, at this point I was VERY angry. Went to St. Lukes had MRI & dr. recommended I see *Dr. Winn. Called _____ & runaround from Hartleys nurse. Called my insurance & they got an appointment with *Hartley. She sent referral to *Dr. Winn and recommended I call him as referral was approved. Called *Winn over two weeks ago. Still nothing. I still have blurred vision & double vision in right eye for close up vision no problems with distance.
