Philosophy of Care

I believe in building a solid relationship with my patients by working as a team to improve both physical and mental health, and I feel honored that they choose me to care for them. I strive to always be present with my patients, by listening to their concerns, and providing them the most up to date evidence-based medical care. I feel blessed that I get to practice medicine as a physician assistant and have the opportunity to encourage and promote better health for my patients.

Just love Amber!! She鈥檚 thorough, smart and listens. I had the same Internist at St Luke鈥檚 since 1994. She retired so I was desperate to find another internist. All of St Al鈥檚 doctors weren鈥檛 taking new patients so she was available. So happy that happened. PA鈥檚 are just as qualified.

She鈥檚 the best!!! I鈥檝e gone to an Internist for the last 30 years. She retired and found myself looking for a new one. ALL Internests in St Als are not taking new patients so I agreed to a PA. I鈥檓 so glad I did. Love her!!

She seemed rushed, in a hurry. There is part of me that doesn't quite think she gets me and where I'm coming from. Everyone is an individual and can't just put people in the same box. My insurance won't pay for the weight loss medicine and there are cheaper alternatives that she is unable to provide or offer me another medical professional who could.
