It would have been appreciated to receive any kind of information regarding my pacemaker checkup. I didn’t even know that they received it!

She is like most providers I have seen over the past...they think they know me better than I know me and don't listen to what I have to say or my concerns. I started two new medications and was supposed to get blood work to check on my kidneys but that was never requested by the PA. As a senior citizen it feels like my concerns are not even being heard. Providers have lost their sense of empathy and their care more about putting you on medications than getting the problem taken care of.

The medical assistant who checked me in thought that my heart rate was elevated, and told me to take off my top so she could do an EKG. There was no expectation of privacy on her part, and I was left feeling very uncomfortable during the process. The provider was disrespectful of my time, and did not seem to address my overall health concerns. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I have had in a doctor's office, and I will be looking for a different clinic and provider to continue care with in the future.
I felt like the PA was more concerned with what I was written than what *Dr. Roan knew about my case. I wanted to discuss potential valve surgery as opposed to maybe a stent in the valve among other things. She did give the name of a valve doctor but no appoint was provided.

This was my first visit to this provider. Was satisfied with the overall visit.
I was initially concerned about seeing a PA, but had no choice, as my prior cardiologists were no longer at the Cardiology Clinic. But I was surprised and pleased with her knowledge, expertise, and care plan. She far exceeded my expectations.
She was very personable & took time to discuss all my concerns until I felt good about them. I liked that she read my chart ahead of time so I didn't have to spend 15 min. retelling my life story.

My provider was awesome but my referrals never called me back good thing it wasn't life threatening
I didn't know my cardiologist had left & I was to see a PA instead. I was informed of need to see another dr. for possible heart ablation for A-fib but was not told what it was, only that I would be contacted, which didn't happen until I initiated it 20 days later.
*Dr. Bock was very attentive and spent time getting up to date with me as a new physician in my case.
She did well and I am satisfied.

Amber was so delightful. This was the first time I saw her for my medical needs. She was very knowledgeable and listened very well to my needs. She showed great empathy and understanding and was confident in the tests I needed moving forward. Really enjoyed my visit with her.

Amber was excellent... I have no complaints about the visit and her recommendation for a stress test for possible heart issues before I can go under anesthesia . I am concerned that follow up for my stress test, which I need ASAP so I can have other medical procedures done, has not been done. Please get this done appointment made for me. Amber told me I should have heard from someone for an appointment in a couple of days and an appointment should happen in at least two weeks. It has been two weeks no calls... No follow up.
