I am in a wheel chair with very limited mobility. Options for having procedures done other than moving to a reclining chair should be availabile.
Just esthetics, outside of building was very depressing looking, dark and gloomy. They need to work on landscaping. Inside, the decor was nil, nada...it's depressing. Maybe better lighting and live green plants, wall hanging art?

She was rude and made me feel rushed. Like me being in her exam room was a burden to her. She didnt see me as a patient. Just rushed through everything. Not explaining things to me. Im a mechanic im not saying dumb things down but take the time to explain it to me in a way i can understand

It took a very long time to get the appointment. In the meantime the tumor just kept growing, and is now described as large. Had I been able to get in earlier some of the discomfort I am experiencing could have been prevented.

Provider was excellent. Check in process was long and tedious. Still being asked all sorts of COVID questions which seems ridiculous at this point.

Seems like the provider was a little rushed.
There was no hesitation in trying to give me a solution to my chronic allergies. The 3 mo trial prescription I was given to try appears to be at least 80% or more helpful. OC sprays haven't worked at all.
She was very nice, but did not offer me any options for care.

There was a couple of minor issues, which didn't affect the great job that Amanda Sweetland and Brittany provided to me. There was an inconsiderate woman in the waiting room watching videos on her cell phone, which was very loud and disruptive. I went to the counter and asked someone if they have any rules about cell phones and was told that they didn't. You should change that. I wanted to relax in preparation for my exam, but I couldn't, so I went out to my car and waited there until my appointment time. Also, I paid my co-payment online prior to my appointment but was asked to make my copayment when I checked in. I had a printed receipt, but the office personnel showed that I hadn't made payment. It was a glitch. I will no longer make co-payments before my appointment. I will pay in person from now on. With the noisy cell phone problem in the waiting room and the co-payment issue at the front desk, I was seriously thinking of just cancelling my appointment and leaving, but I'm glad I didn't. I was extremely impressed with Amanda Sweetland.

Two days after my appointment, I called for explanation of the medication's. I had been prescribed in my call was returned quickly and with good answers.
I never feel rushed. My exams are always thorough and I leave feeling satisfied
