This survey ask how often did the providers wash their hands. It was not applicable, because they wore gloves. Maybe adding an additional choice of “wore glove” should be added. I never saw anyone washing their hands. Wearing gloves seemed very appropriate.

The provider did not wash his hands but put fresh gloves on. I fact I think he had 2 layers so no need to wash in my mind. I hope I haven't forgotten he started with washing...

Allow telehealth for appointments that don’t need an in person evaluation. Especially in a state where Boise is only city with these doctors. Waiting three months for an appointment, driving three hours for the appointment that could easily take 5 minutes on the phone or video call, just to schedule another appointment many more months away for treatment. Insanity.
I will make the longer drive due to my move, just to be able to continue using Dr. Swensen.

If you have ingrown toenails, this is the only place to go. Have been to other doctors, who have only made the problem worse. Our experience with this clinic was 10/10!!
Dr Swenson suggested an affordable first step for my feet rather than immediately going to custom orthotics. He also said at some point I might chose to have surgery, but in my situation that could be years from now. He is honest and helpful, and I believe he will not suggest expensive products or surgery unless they are necessary. I felt very reassured he was a top notch foot doctor.
