I am licensed in Podiatric Medicine by the National Board of Podiatric Examiners and board quali?ed through the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. I earned my medical degree from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Cleveland, OH and completed my residency in general and surgical Podiatrics through the University Hospital, Richmond Medical Center, in Cleveland, OH.

I am a native Idahoan dedicated to the health and well being of those in my community by providing the highest quality health care service to all patients efficiently, effectively, and compassionately, regardless of their life situation or financial circumstances. It is my goal to deliver a personalized level of care focused on prevention, speedy recoveries, and improved outcomes in order to enhance and extend the quality of life of each individual while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and personal responsibility worthy of the trust of patients in my care.

This survey ask how often did the providers wash their hands. It was not applicable, because they wore gloves. Maybe adding an additional choice of 鈥渨ore glove's should be added. I never saw anyone washing their hands. Wearing gloves seemed very appropriate.
