And when things get overwhelming for me she always breaks things down so we can do things one step at a time. The wait time needs to be fixed. A lot of people have to take time off work to go to an appointment or take their loved one. It is not fair that we are asked to be there 15 minutes early and then still wait another 30 minutes after our appointment time.
I’m hoping she will stay at this clinic - what an asset !
