Dr. Wilson needs to work on bedside manner. I felt I was being accused of being a drug addict for requesting a refill on my anxiety medication. I have never had a RX for pain medication, nor a history of drug use. I felt so small in that meeting.

I guess in comparison with my last Dr, who is no longer with you, she always seemed over the top. This Dr. seemed very low key, she addressed all my issues and was fine but it's just the difference in personality I suppose.

I hope St Al’s is able to keep Dr Ann Wilson and her nurse Tanya. In recent years St Al’s has lost 5 of my primary care doctors & several clinics have closed. It is important that St Al’s does everything in their power to keep good doctors!

The only problem I see is that the receptionists have a hard time triaging calls. When the ER Dr. asks for an appt in 2-3 days the receptionist should know that does not mean 2-3 months.

There was nothing personal or intimate about my appointment. I saw the dr for my annual visit and that was it. Just a routine annual visit with no depth to my personal health history.
Dr. Wilson made me feel very comfortable and had positive suggestions/recommendations in addressing my various health concerns.
