This was the first visit with Dr. Hall. He was kind and concerned about my health that day for which I made the appointment. He was right on point with his diagnosis and what to do for complete recovery of my cold and virus.
We have been with this med center for 25 years. It was formally under the name Genesis. We always received good care and that care remains solid.
He was friendly, professional and treated me as an individual. He is not my regular physician but I would not have a problem seeing him again.

The staff who called back with my blood test results were the worst
I had to wait in my car because they were not sure if i had COVID. When I got there i told the recepitonist that I needed to use the restroom. She said she would send to the nurse that I needed to use the restroom.. After a half hour my husband went and knocked on the door and told them i needed to use the restroom. They finally came about 10 more minutes before they got me in. I was not feeling well and not letting me in to use the restroom when I requested it I was very upset about. it and was not happy with the way this was handled.
Dr. Hill did as good of a job as he could do with the way you guys run your doctor's offices. The system is just awful.
