Dont treat every person the same. Truly listen to someones suffering and care, or at least pretend like you do.. Not every person is the same. Have a more positive attitude.

I do not feel he ( Dr.) listened to anything i had to say about my symptoms. I know my body and how i feel and he just wouldnt listen. His nurse on the other hand was awesome!
