The provider was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the injury with a visual aid (model) and I understood my injury and treatment plans needed to fix the problem.

Jimmy not only listened really well to what I was trying to explain, and developed a plan of action, he also identified a separate issue I was experiencing, and referred me to another provider in the office, who I also have had a wonderful experience in the past. I'd thought the two issues were related but they weren't. That earns a great big "thank you" from me

Very detailed, he said he would have the surgeon get in touch with me as soon as possible. He did and the surgeon called me right away. I was very impressed that he follwed through so quickly and did what he said he would do.
