The provider was very good. The problem was getting a call from the hospital asking for me to prepay for the surgery. Then the surgery was cancelled and I can't find out how to get my money refunded

Too long between visits. I have to wait 5 weeks for Dr visit to discuss mri results "in person" not happy

Dr. Denny explained what he was going to do during surgery. At the follow-ups he took time to answer my questions and checked to make sure the shoulder was healing like he expected. My shoulder is healing and I’m glad I made the decision to have the surgery and Dr. Denny repair my shoulder.

The doctor is great. Why no one could let me know about my surgery being denied. Insurance said denied on the [date]. I had an appointment on the [date] and all my blood work to do and an ekg. Still no one said anything. Why?
