She did a fantastic job of explaining and I felt she had time for me and not rushing thru my appointment. She made time for me and my questions.
I did have to clarify a desired treatment, which Dr. Karlsburg had initially misunderstood, but she was able to hear and correct the misunderstanding because of the time she took. I appreciated that.

I appreciate how she interprets test results. For instance, my TSH levels are important to me, because they directly impact how I feel on a daily basis. I historically fall in range (once I was out of range and it was determined that I should request the name brand Synthroid and not accept generics). Dr. K indicated that although I fall in the range, she prefers to get TSH numbers at a specific lower range. That she is willing to tweek the dosage to get in that range is appreciated. My past four providers were good to go with the established range and looked to explain fatigue, etc... due to diet and exercise (vegetarian and ease up on exercise routine).

At Al’s clinics billing is very poorly organized and secretive. Online spreadsheet that should allow everyone look up cost for procedure or MD charge too difficult to navigate and ghost town when you try to call billing town. At Al’s hospital billing organized, staff picks up phone and prices are transparent. Please make changes with clinic billing, hire right staff that cares about their job. At this point I dread making appts due to lack of price transparency to people that pay out of pocket.😕

I am a new patient with Dana I was very relaxed with Dana. I was very impressed that she not only had obtained my out of state records but had read them. Also, she showed concern for an eye issue I was having and immediately setup a referral to a specialist who called me in as I was returning home from Dana's office. I was scheduled for eye surgery that following two weeks. She is focused, shows concern and is very mild and patient.

You are allowed 40 minutes with the Dr. And if you go over your are over charged for every minute that you go over and you are not told the you went over until you seen the bill and its to late. Price gouging has no place in a doctor's office!!!! When I asked the nurse to have the Dr. To call me about chest pains she basically told me to go pound sand and that I have never discussed this with any of your doctors and that Is a complete lie, my records show that I have had several procedures done at St, All's but she was to lazy to look and the Dr. Has still not called me back and Its been over a month so now I am trying to get a referral to a Dr. At another hospital and what a joke that has turned out to be. Bottom line Is that Saint Alphonsus only cares about revenue and look at each patient as $Dollar bills and could care less about any else!!! Your (feedback) office staff is useless as I have talked to them before and nothing changes in fact it has got WORSE!!
