Dedication and hard work are what made me go into medicine, and the challenge is what drew me to oncology. We are witnessing an era of success in cancer treatment, success that was unimaginable a few decades ago. Yet cancer remains the most devastating disease. Coping with the burden cancer imposes on patients is not easy. My role as a physician is not only striving to provide my patient the best and most advanced care, but also helping them and their families to get through difficult times with transparency and compassion. My practice is based on scientific evidence, personalized care and clear communication.

She even checks on you on her day off, always available or her assistant is and will get back to you quickly.

I like the fact that she knows my history and where my care stands before she comes in the room. That way we spend quality time on my care and where we go next.

That鈥檚 all. I think I said everything I can remember. And everything that really trouble me and overall I think the approach should be a positive one that tells me what I鈥檓 doing right rather than zero wing in on a little problem like some bone loss and suspecting I鈥檓 doing things that are wrong. They鈥檙e just needs to be a certain level of positivity and respect and I feel I did give her that, but I have to admit it put me on defense when she was so negative.
