Perfection at its finest.
He really took his time to understand my symptoms and evaluate me. He answered all my questions. He explained all my options clearly and finished with a clear course of action. I felt like he truly listened and that seems rare with doctors. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I feel confident trusting him with my care plan.

They showed great patience dealing with my hearing disability., making sure I understood what was being said to me.
He was not able to help me with my issues and was referring me to one of his partners for injections and I have not heard from anyone in over a week. I have had a headache for almost 4 months with no relief. Right now I feel like no one even cares.

Provider did not refer me for massage therapy, even though he said it could help.
I expected to get. Shot to help relieve pain but tha didnt happen.
It was my first visit to Dr. Lattin and I appreciated the fact that he gave me the information and the options I had to deal with the pain I am having. He did not just tell me that it had to be a certain way.
Hearing was an issue for me
I didnt feel rushed! And i feel like he listened to my concerns!
Good bedside manner
So far it's going very well.
When I left my husband made the comment that he felt the doctor did not seem to believe that I am having that much pain. Or he said he diminished it because of our age. I said yes that is the way I felt as well. I told him that is what is hard when you see someone that doesn’t know you well they don’t know that I don’t go to the doctor until after I have already tried everything in my power to help myself first. He doesn’t know that I am the kind of person who goes to work hurting on Monday after being rolled by a cow on Saturday. I worked with two compression fox in my back and several very large hematomas and while at work one of the doctors asked why I was at work and I said it doesn’t hurt any less at home and I have to keep moving or I am going to hurt worse. I am not doing anything hard I am just [profession] I felt a little dismissed and as an older person am just supposed to accept aches and pains but when the pain is so bad I can’t get a decent nights sleep for weeks on end I need some help. I wish I could go back on this and proof read what I wrote so hope you understand what I am trying to say.
I found the provider listened to everything I mentioned and explained the proposed treatment very well
Keep it up i laughed most every time i was being tested aka shocked with varies devices and i hope it solves my medical issues or at least sends me in the next direction to do so thank you and bless all of you and yours kiss kiss big hugs
#1-You need a new facility! Hospital floor/walking distance/dark/empty rooms….I felt like I was walking into a tomb!

It takes too much time to have to get a reference to the Dr first. Staff and Dr were great.

Sincere, caring doctor. Body posture during discussion could be more upright, rather than leaning into head with hand on face and arm on counter --I think this change would convey that what was being said was meant for me. Posture communicates focus and professionalism.
*Dr. Lattin conducted a thorough exam and ordered an MRI which I got right away as well as physical therapy - also got in right away.
*Dr. Lattin was very sensitive to my questions he answered every question I had and showed GREAT concern!! I appreciate his time and knowledge to my health concerns!!

*Dr. Lattin treated me with genuine concern for my pain. He provided immediate referral for PT & scheduled follow up treatment which did not help & now I'm waiting for another procedure he's recommended.

Very impressed w/provider and MA's compassionate care. I am frustrated with the lack of timely follow-up on my MRI results (two weeks later I have no results and my call/message last week to the clinic has gone unanswered). No MRI result, haven't heard re: PT referral. Still having pain/stiffness.
Would recommend to anyone in pain.

The place was clean & neat/organized. *Dr. Lattin was polite, looked me in my eyes while speaking/explaining with/to me. Very informative.

Dr Lattin is an outstanding physician. He's knowledgeable and translates medical jargon so that it's useful to the patient. He's always positive, even when the situation appears challenging. Wish he were available to be my primary physician.

My first time seeing *Dr. Lattin. I like him. He listened & comprehended what I was informing him of w/my condition.
The sciatica lasted approx. 6 wks. I was almost well so didn't need the clinic like I did a 6 wks. previous. An MRI showed a bulging disk, so I went to see the *Dr. Latin. The MRI showed a mass on my sacram, so he said deal with that first.
It was what I expected it to be.
