Zack is good at his job and genuinely cares.

My appointment was mishandled from the time I checked in to when I left. I was treated as a "New" patient although I have had the same procedure in the recent past. The PA could not or didn't know how to access my medical records. He told me he had no way of accessing my past history beyond 2022, in 2021 I had an [procedure], this is why I visited the pain clinic, had he known the proper way to acces my history he could have saved me another visit 40 miles away to my primary care Dr. The staff at my Dr's office said all he would have had to do was have me sign a release form while I was there, he should know this and its unacceptable that I have to gather my patient history PRIOR to my appointment and If I have to, I should have been informed about that.

All the people there are great. Only issue I have is lab work is referred to a NON network lab. Why would an in network provider send lab work out to a NON network lab? I have CIGNA and st Al's take this but they said the contract for lab work doesn't have Cigna

Took pain medicine completely away from me a 74 year old woman with severe arthritis and several chronic pain issues dictated by pharmacy board not with my pain level

I've been a patient with the St. Alphonsis hospital for 10 years and being fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Victoria Wilding. She took the time to study my medical records and knew what past treatments I've had since I was in an accident back in [date]. PA Zack had no clue or even asked how I was injured or diagnosis of the many MD's I've visited since [date]. He is the worst provider I've ever had in all of these years and a different provider outside your system has been scheduled. I really don't expect a true investigation of the circumstances of my complaint and will just be passed to the office manager that will basically ignore the complaint especially since I've been referred to a different provider.
I feel these visits will enable me to live pain free in my right knee.

*Zach is always on time. He listens intently to me and I never feel rushed. I feel I get info explained well to me. He is very compassionate and I don't feel bad about having to take pain meds for my back.

PA Zack is condescending and more concerned about controlling the conversation than listening to me. When I have a different thought or opinion, he gets up and walks out the door. Visit over. He's done this several times. He is very rude.

He seems to talk down to me because I need pain meds. Makes me feel that he doesn't think I should take them. Accused me of taking something that I DID NOT take, and admonished me very rudely. I am changing providers.

The PA was not listening to me. Refused to refer me to to. Surgeon and refused to offer and remedy for my chronic pain. He was rather snappy and rude to me.! Never will see him again.

After the first visit I was upset that I could no longer see my original doctor & I didn't care for this provider but after the next few visits, I got along with him much better & realize Dr. H_____ is very busy & my visits were just Rx visits.
This is only the 2nd time I have seen *Zack. I was impressed with how he remembered my first visit. Sometimes the adjustment from seeing the doctor you've seen for years to a new person can be difficult. Not so in this case.
Love my physician
I have seen him 4-5 times, including when he was in Meridian. He does not recognize me and denies he has ever seen me. I miss *Dr. Wilding.

During this short first visit, Zach spent most of the time looking at my records which he seemed unfamiliar with. He is extending my time between patch changes from 48 to 72 hours (after nearly 12 years and five providers at this practice) but gave me no plan or ideas how to do that. He was not interested in my current health challenges or anything other than this increase. I had to rely on my GP to provide me with a plan to accomplish this change in three months.Zach said I could look for another pain clinic if I didn't agree to this change. St. Al's has been my pain provider for over 10 years. I don't want to change. I want competent, compassionate care for chronic pain.
Zero empathy and cares less about severe chronic pain. His attitude is tough luck go to the ER if you don't like my pain control procedures.
I feel very fortunate to be a patient in this clinic. We discussed the possibility of me staying several months in a different part of the State with family. Hopefully I can continue with this clinic as I'm sure I'll be back in Nampa.
This was a new doctor, very nice & listened.
After our usual discussion about my overall well being I asked the provider to give me a prescription for constipation due to the morphine tablets he had been prescribing for me for some time. I had been purchasing an over the counter product for quite some time and had recently been qualified for another means of service that I Believed would furnish me with a suitable product for relief of my Opioid based constipation at no charge to me. I was pleased with this possibility and took the measure of placing a phone call to my providers pharmacy to see what products they would recommend and also would be covered by my insurance. I was given the names of two products that would provide relief and also be covered by them. This was good news as the over the counter product I had been using is quite a monthly expense to me. On my upcoming visit to Mr. Njoroge I shared with him my research and asked him to give me a prescription for the suggested medication. He said he didn't do that and forcefully refused to give me a prescription. I questioned his refusal to which he continued to tell me he didn't and wouldn't give me the prescription I sought. I left his office frustrated and perturbed after telling him I intended to follow up with my request. I then shared the Information with my Doctor and he then placed a prescription for me. I am using that prescription now and It is working well, and at no expense to me. I have not had a congenial relationship with staff but I wish to place no blame as I am sure I have played a part in that. I just choose to write it off to the nature of the services they perform. To that end I would also like to add that my relationship with the rest of the Saint Alphonsus medical organization has been nothing short of exemplary as the support and care has been a bright spot in my aging times.
