CARL IS ALWAYS UPBEAT AND HAPPY. THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN THIS TIME AND I DID NOT GET TO SEE HIM. WHEN I DO GET TO TALK TO CARL EVERYTHING SEEMS TO GO GREAT! HE ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS. CARL COVERS ALL THE IMPORTANT STUFF SUCH AS HOW I'M FEELING. ANY PROBLEMS WITH MEDICATIONS? DO I NEED REFILLS? ECT. NEVER SEEMS TO LEAVE ANYTHING OUT! ALL WITH A SMILE AND A GREAT ATTITUDE.
IVE ALWAYS HAD A GRETA VISIT WITH MY PROVIDER, CARL ALWAYS LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS, SETS MY MIND TO WITH A SOLUTION TO ANY PROBLEM USUALLY AND IS UNDERSTANDING WHEN I NOT ON TIME SINCE I HAVE MY OWN FACILITY AND TAKE CARE OF A FEW CLIENTS MYSELF. ITS DIFFICULT TO TO GET SOMEONE TO SIT WITH MY OWN PEOPLE. I THINK CARL WOULD MAKE AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR.

carl steinman ie good ...the rest of the place they are all there to clloect acheck...iwas late arrivingand in parking lot ans]d a child was locked in a car unattended i got the child out of the car and was 20 minutes late and had to reschedule then asked for all my account information to give to my new provider and the gal that helped me with this was very rude i felt and amazingly i had to fill paperwork out twice because i didnt give it to her personally i gave it to the lady that took me to the room she said it would get to right person i will never darken the door of that office again
Call Simon has been my doctor for a very long time he's always been an excellent doctor he answers all my questions I have absolutely no complaints and he always treats patients with respect he's an excellent doctor needs place would be lucky to have him

The doctor was very kind and attentive to my needs and questions.
I'm a homosexual, and when I mentioned my partner to the provider, he seemed to get uncomfortable and changed the subject. If a teenager mentioned their homosexuality to him and he did the same, I'm quite confident they wouldn't mention it again to a provider. And that's something that needs to change in medicine.
