She doesn't rush you out some Doctors do. She make me very comfortable talking to her.
I appreciate that the provider did not rush through our meeting because he/she had to get to the next patient. I have come across this problem in other areas of St. Alphonsus' medical facility. I hope you are not pressing your people to conduct medical consultations (and all visits ARE consultations as well as treatments) within a set time limit, such as 15-20 minutes. People first!

Out of the whole Trinity Health System and providers at Saint Alphonsus this team would be my first choice , Even though I’ve had breathing issues They have been able to get the most professional treatment and explain what is happening, help me to understand why they are advising the treatment plan. I totally respect their opinion and professional services.

She was professional and answered all of my and my wife's questions. She was helpful in scheduling another sleep study. She suggested it was time to look at new equipment.
I had a question about adding a device for my CPAP - got answer and results the next day - she is the best.

She is tops. She asked good questions. She provided good input on what I should be doing going forward. AND after hearing what's going on with me she chose to refer me for visit with cardiologist and a new sleep study.
I had an overnight oximetry test a week ago today, and as yet have not received results. I called the office Wednesday and was told the results were in, but Erin had not yet reviewed them. I ask that a msg be sent to her about my results. As of this Friday morning,8/27 I have not heard.
I am convinced that both *Dr. O'Donnell and *Erin are concerned about my health and have my best interests at heart. They are very compassionate healthcare providers.
Came for pulmonary checkup. Everyone was attentive and provider problem solved with me to strategize breathing problems.
