washing hands was not necessary in this case. Jessica probably washed prior to meeting this is not a negative rating

I never feel rushed when seeing Jessica. She takes her time with me, answers all my questions, and has been a great provider!

Having a personable and knowledgeable staff and doctor when dealing with cancer really makes going to the doctor a lot less stressful and even a bit comforting.
