This was a quick trip to ER for chest pain - I have had a triple by-pass & in [date] I had a stent put in. *Doctor Codina is my regular cardiologist. I do not see *Dr. Butterfield, and can't remember all the doctors I've seen in ER. [name]

She did not check heart or lungs, besides asking me if I had been itching, she didn't really have anything to say she didn't even know what my number was the indication for phlebotomy until I told herI have always had the best experiences here until this visit! After waiting 40 minutes I had to see if they had forgotten me, which they had my lab draw was terrible & phlebotomist was rude! After at least 5 sticks from lab & phlebotomy, a provider who who was in a terrible hurry & knew nothing about me I was ready to go home overall a terrible experience

Provider asked if I had a mammogram recently. (I have had a bilateral mastectomy 4 years ago.) They also did not contact me about my bloodwork other than cholesterol (which was not the purpose of my visit) but did not contact me regarding my tumor markers, I had to access those on my own.

I got slightly confused when we discussed refilling 2 of my prescriptions - I went to the pharmacy & there were 3 filled. One of them we hadn't even discussed.
