I’m not shure who it was but I was trying to find the way to the wound clinic and a very nice woman heading to lunch took the time to walk me clear across the complex and show me where I needed to go and how to get inside

Aknowledging that the patient has the responsibility to check insurance coverage, I also would expect that the billing office would also check for out of network status which your facility was. Treatment of healing wound terminated due to out of network coverage and denial of payments. Large financial hit incurred affecting patients future health. We will not be using your providers in the future.
