The building they were located in is nor kept up. Leaves were piled in front of the door and most of the lights in the lobby were burned out.

The receptionist is your front line your greeter your quarterback. I thought she was exceptional. The Dr. was so kind and was close to my age which made me feel more comfortable.

Dr Connor doesn't wear eye protection or keep his mask over his nose.He is so attentive and listens well to my questions/comments. He makes good eye contact and is kind and considerate and a very caring provider. He walks me to the reception desk after every appointment.

*Dr. Connor treated me like I was a prize case to be studied. He was too eager to remove all parts of me as a 'precaution.' It felt like I was talking to a used care salesman instead of someone working w/me to plan my health journey. In the long run I chose a different doctor.

If a medical term is hard to understand, Dr. Connor comes prepared and ready to draw easy to follow diagrams with guided explanations. Dr. Patrick Connor was simply amazing. I was diagnosed with High Grade (stage 3) Endometrial Favor serous Carcinoma, I learned about my diagnosis from him, he was caring, professional, explained everything, wanted to know if I had questions, he was even funny which helped me to deal with this diagnosis a wee bit more.
Dr. Connor and Polina are the absolute best! Not only do I feel that they care about my medical/physical well-being, I feel they care about all aspects of my life.
