Communications to the patient are confusing and incomplete regarding ordered tests. No where did the after visit notes say where, when, or how to get this test. Yet on the phone the nurse or person answering scolded me for not knowing and wouldn’t listen. Very poor patient service.

I believe the scheduler got my appointment mixed up with another person. My wife and I scheduled our appointment right next to each other so we could see Dr Baldwin together. My appointment wasn't showing for this day, but for three business days later. Thankfully, the person who was scheduled didn't show up (who the staff said she is never late; and we think she was told to attend where my appointment is), so they let me take her spot. All is well!

I was having difficulty with my illness for months, (4 months). Started with visit to Em. room. I was misdiagnosed. I saw 3 or 4 different doctors for follow up or for on going of illness before I got to get in to see *Doc Baldwin which I heed to see for my follow up after the Em. visit. I got the run around and felt like I was shuffled. Finally got to see *Dr. Baldwin and he immediately knew what I was _____ from, got me meds for it and I was on the road to recovery! Went for a follow up w/*Dr. Baldwin & he gave me instructions on how to keep well. I'm very appreciative.
