The office staff entered the wrong first name in my records. The NP was unable to obtain records for me because of the incorrect name. I corrected her, and i thought she fixed it , but myChart snd this survey still has an incorrect first name for me.

The lab work scheduled for [date] was to be a repeat of lab work done [date]. (A1-C and cholesterol.) WRONG tests were ordered. They did REPEAT of labs done on [date] by *Dr. Gorden my oncologist. *Kristine Reinhardt's error - My insurance will not pay for this error and neither will. I.

This was my new patient visit. I made this appointment back in March.It took me two weeks just to get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment and May was the soonest I could get in to see her. It was worth the wait. Unlike many of the provides I have had in the past and recently she genuinely seemed to care about what is going on with me. We went over what information/records she regarding my health, both past and present. She corrected some items that were incorrect and added a few. She didn't judge me or have set option of me or refuse a prescription Because of my 'age group' !! She didn't forget to find a replacement for my migraine medicine or a referral for my lower back issues. She made me feel like FINALLY someone is listening and truly cares about my well being. What a blessing!!! I am really looking forward to having her as my new provider. Maybe now something will get done in a timely manor and we can resolve my issues. I finally have hope!

Kristine Reinhardt has been seeing me for years and I have greatly improved under her care. She listens to my problems and concerns and actually addresses them. I have mental health problems that are challenging to deal with but she always tries to help me. In the past, I have been treated very poorly by a certain physician assistant, Kevin Hudson. He had absolutely no compassion for my situation and made me feel like I was much less than human. That's when I found Kristine and I have been improving ever since. I'm lucky to have her on my side!

Officially, she's a nurse practitioner. In reality, anybody would be hard pressed to find someone with the title of 'family doctor' being any better. I went to a St. Al's 'doctor' and one time. Kristine is many times better in terms of knowledge and general patient care. I have total confidence in her ability.
I was seen quickly and Kristine listened to my concern. She was very compassionate in getting the attention to the problems I was having. I think I have post Covid issues. She understood how I felt.

Previously I have been unable to get an appointment to see a provider for over a month. I was having serious sleep issues and was in distress. I was told I must try an urgent care clinic. That is not why I have IHave a designated provider. You need to hire more providers.

I don't have anything against *Kristine Reinhardt but front desk was TOO BUSY to make apt. through telephone, I had to come to office on [date] I was negative for COVID. they held me outside for 30 min. when I came inside, they threatened me with police. Apt. was 8:30 AM. 9 AM they wasn't ready for me yet.
