Dr. Reich was kind and informative. He did not disregard any of my concerns and addressed everything I brought up. I was dealing with 2 health issues that showed up at the same time and after my visit with him, my anxiety is almost completely gone.

I had a buildup of wax in my ears!
*Dr. Reich several years ago tried to help me with major headaches & sinus. Fixed problem and it has returned. We had question on a CT scan and have now taken another. Part of my headaches are due to migraines - we will work on that info now too...
Scheduled an ear cleaning because my ears feel plugged with wax, nothing was done except referring me elsewhere for a hearing test. Was told if the problem resolved itself to forget about it. Felt like a complete waste of my time and was very unhappy I had to take time off of work to do so.

I work at St Al's lab, and I walked in to get an appointment. The receptionist worked me in right then, although I told her I could wait, because I didnt want to slow them down. She told me that it was fine. She got my information and I sat down for about 2 minutes before I was greeted by the MA to take me back. I then waited about 3 minutes for the Dr to come in. He came in, I explained my issue, he looked, he explained what it was. He also told me that I'd need some meds to clear it up, and what could happen if it wasnt corrected. He is a great doctor, and I will use him and certainly refer him to family and friends.

I appreciate he was so thorough. He also took a call on the weekend & was very easy to reach. I very much appreciate his office staff and the care I got in pre-op, OR, post op and on the 2nd floor of Ontario St. Al's. On 3rd attempt.
