I had chest pain that extended to my back. I said it was a chest cold but they sent me to hospital to check on it anyhow in case of a heart attack. Was fine! Had chest cold, but appreciate their caution.

I do not blame the doctor who said she could lose her license. I blame the system for not allowing the use of these drugs that could have saved so many lives! Patient care should not be politically manipulated for the highest profits. This whole thing has seriously eroded faith in doctors.
Why is the answer a new Rx so many times. Can't we incorporate some natural healing products?
I like having Dr Huffaker as my primary care doctor. She is easy to talk to and has helped get my cholesterol lowered and has made me more aware of monitoring my blood pressure regularly. I was surprised that I was charged with an additional office visit only because I mentioned that my wrist was tender and she felt it and checked mobility. This did not require any treatment at this time and I was not sure of the source of the tenderness but only mentioned it because this was a 'Wellness Visit' and thought it was part of being well, or not well, in case it continued to be a greater problem.....and did not anticipate an extra office visit charge while already there at my 'Wellness Visit'. I received the Covid booster while there but thought that was a free vaccination like a regular flu shot. I could have gone to Walgreens for It. I will continue seeing Dr Huffaker when needed and have complete confidence in her recommendations. The rest of the nursing and other staff are all super nice and and provide a pleasant helpful atmosphere during visits.
