Was able to explain options with consequences of each option, and further treatments. He was able to put these in a relatable context for me.
Again, after 6 weeks of incorrect solutions, this was a major victory. The biggest problem was the time it took to get into an ENT
I liked him he seemed a little rushed to hurry on to something else. I felt I neede some answers to my medical problem ,percribed a nasel spay and scheduled and appt for [date]. I felt I needed something done soonerI guess I will have to learn to be patient in our new medical world of delays!!

The only complaint was that I was prescribed a medication that my pharmacy (Walgreens) no longer fills. I'm was told letters were sent out to all doctors months prior so they should know.

He looked in both ears said no infection and referred me to a PT. Didn't even try to reposition my [name]s came in dizzy left dizzy all for $200 bill. Still haven't heard from PT !!!!
The doctor said he would order a CT scan. He never did. I called his office 2 weeks to check on the referal for a CT scan. Office said they would advise the doctor. CT scan still has not been scheduled. I'll be looking for a different ENT.

I see Jason every six months for routine care of a problem in one ear. This visit was additionally for an ear infection in that ear. His help is always much appreciated.
I felt my reason for seeing to doctor was not addressed. Was told by the doctor he could not help me and to go seek a 2nd opinion elsewhere.I have had this medical problem for almost a year now, with no Improvement. Left the office very upset and not knowing what to do next. Not happy with the way I was treated. Felt like it was a waste of my time and money.
I would definitely recommend this doctor to friends/neighbors/family. He took the time to listen and explain my concerns.
I do not believe that I received the answers to elevate my condition.

I felt I was not listened to. In office visits there were symptoms I had and told them about that they said I answered no to feeling.

It was very first visit with EN&T Dr.for a sinus issue. Jason was very nice and informative.

The PA who talked to me about my allergy concerns was great...I believe his name was Jason. Also the nurse who went over my concerns was very nice, and the receptionist in this office was very nice.
I felt well cared for.
The provider apologized for not returning my phone call to answer my questions and eventually helped with my problem, but it took three visits.
I see my provider every 4 months. Always good.

I asked prescription be filled at Walgreens on Broadway. It was filled at Rite Aid on State and 16th, and cost me $50, where my plan didn't apply.

*Dr. (PA) Anstrand was 'in the moment' during my visits. He's easy to talk to, listens well. He seemed confident in his knowledge and explained things quite well. He even mixed in a couple sarcastic jokes, which I appreciate.

I've had serious problems w/impacted ear wax for years. Under drs. suggestions have tried various things. But not solved until I did ear was removal by ENT person! Yes some pain - but quick.
