However, with Dr. Chong's insight and the assistance of an ASL interpreter all went very smoothly. All scores would have been "10" but that's a lot to ask the first time around!

Physician seemed prepared and was very direct with questions although not warm and welcoming considering I was a new patient.May have been put-off when I confronted physician's assistant and him about long wait time in office before appointment. Staff working with a doctor are very important to me so I can receive good medical care. I felt I needed to speak up about the wait.

Dr Chong came up with a solution to help stop my panic attacks. I let him know about my concerns with antidepressants.
I was very disappointed. He was recommended by a staff member over the phone (I have no problem with this)!. However, I did not think he was attentive, only half listened but didn't seem to care about me. I felt like just 'his next patient.'
