This referral out of St Luke’s to a female doctor with her assurance that I’m going to be okay is outstanding. I was scared about radiation and feel better after her explanation. I feel they are all going to be a blessing in this journey

ALL my providers at St Al's have been awesome. I had lots of tests, chemo, surgery and radiation and everyone knew what everyone else was doing. Very professional but also kind, respectful and compassionate. The absolute best care they saved my life. Can't say enough good things about the entire St Al's organization.
My provider spent above average time explaining medical issues thoroughly. She also provided written documentation, details, drawings, alternatives, ofc. Also she was EXTREMELY willing to work with an already scheduled vacation. She is extremely compassionate and professional.

The Womens or Breast Care Center and staff have been nothing but fabulous. I specifically sough out *Dr. Prier for my surgery and my expectations of her were extremely high - she still exceeded in every way.

Even though I had to wait > 15 min. I understood and it was OK. The office was very busy and just prior to the holiday many others needed to be seen. *Dr. Prier apologized for the delay and the time she spent with me was MY TIME - not rushed!
The surgeon was squeezing me in on a surgical day due to not wanting me to wait over Christmas. She called me with results which she was on vacation and I appreciate that extra care.

My visit was a 6 month follow-up for surgery Dr. Prier performed. As usual, she was very thorough in explaining everything.
*Dr. Prior rearranged her time-off schedule to accommodate an urgent need. She & her staff went way beyond expected to move up a surgery date in RECORD time. They are amazing!
Provider and nurse were great. Questions I had during visit and after visit relating to information submitted to insurance for pre-approval for additional medical treatment, were never answered. I recommend if staff cant answer question, they should be able to refer me to someone that can help. Stress during these procedures is great and any help the billing/insurance staff could give would be appreciated.
Appreciated the concern for healing going forward and providing options for P.T. If needed.
Dr Prier and her staff were great to deal with. Timely, sensitive, thorough, and really explained In great detail what was going on and why we needed to keep pushing for treatment to start. We ultimately chose to go with the St Luke's Oncology team for the same reasons as we liked Dr Prier. This is taking nothing away from her though as she was awesome.

Elizabeth Prier has been great to work with! She made a scary prognosis feel manageable from day 1. I've always felt taken care of, and safe in her care.
I was so grateful that my husband was allowed and encouraged to come with me. We were both impressed with the TIME and patience *Dr. Prier took to help us understand the condition, treatment, and prognosis. She gave us facts and answered our questions. She did not pressure us for decisions right away. She was encouraging but not pushing us to any specific decision. She definitely respected our right to chose.
