One concern is with the team. I called on Wednesday about a sinus infection. Was told the message would be sent to the team and they would call me back. No call on Thursday. I called again Friday morning and got in later that day. Not getting called back by the team has happened to me twice before.

Dr. Miller was attentive and helped make sure she had current information from all of my other doctors, as well as providing referrals to a cardiologist at my neurologist's request, and a new gynecologist as mine is no longer practicing. She is very easy to talk to and I feel I have my most productive appointments when I see her. She does a great job of asking the right questions about my current health, symptoms, and treatments. I feel confident after my appointments that I haven't forgotten anything important and she is making sure I am getting the most appropriate care for my illnesses. I'm very glad to have found her.

As always it was excellent. Dr. Miller explained to me why the cardiologist prescribed a second blood pressure medication and what the significance was of the electrocardiogram that I had just had. The technician who administered it was also helpful In helping me to understand the procedure. I don't get this kind of communication from my cardiologist's team so one of the concerns I spoke to Dr. Miller about was whether I should perhaps switch to another specialist.

The visit was fine, once I finally got one scheduled. I tried calling the office to schedule an appointment 3 or 4 times previously over about a two month time period and each time I was on hold for 30 minutes or longer and would give up. Finally, I wound up scheduling my own appointment through MyChart, which is how I got the appointment in April.

My provider was running behind and our visit felt very rushed. It was my annual wellness exam and we didn't even talk about my current medical diagnoses or do a review of systems. She did my physical exam and mentioned routine screening but that was it. I felt that she definitely didn't have time to provide the care I was expecting or deserved. Hopefully any symptoms or issues I have can wait until next year or I guess I'll pay for another visit and hope that my provider has the time to spend with me.

Provider is very good only real drawback was I had to wait 6 weeks to see my dr. Got sicker day after I saw dr. continuing sinus drainage. Nothing has worked on it that I have given so far - Allegro, Zrytec, 3 prescriptions of nasal spray.

Dr Miller was lovely but it's clear that the PCP experience I want is not capable of happening at BHP - not sure if it is the urgent care environment making it feel like they are attempting to get the pt out as fast as possible. Dr Miller doesn't know a lot of things that are crucial to my medical history - like that I'm an [condition], I'm a [activity] (and that high impact sport may be affecting my back, one of the issues I was able to bring up, but dr Miller wouldn't have been able to connect those dots because she didn't have enough time to thoroughly get to know me). She left a dx from the radiologist on my VM saying I have this bone deformity from my growth and I have so many questions. I feel like giving a dx that is a permanent disease with no easy fix is not something you leave on a VM but talk tk the pt about. Because now I'm googling things and I am overwhelmed.
