It’s been about 6 weeks since my fall and hip surgery that Dr. Foote did. He listens to what you have to say and answers all your questions. Had an x-ray and that didn’t take long. That came back great. Everything was good.

Dr. Foote was running late due to being stuck in traffic. The staff alerted me to the delay and apologized. When Dr. Foote arrived he also sincerely apologized. I drive the same roads and I know how bad they can be. The personal touch of a sincere apology was appreciated and one that is not often given.

He seemed to jump to conclusions about my treatment options incredibly quickly without taking the time to hear how my symptoms were effecting my daily life.

Making a appointment with the surgeon.
Mistakes were made when referring me to the next part of the treatment. Office staff forgot to schedule and call me. And the procedure ordered was different than what I was told. I had to call and get scheduled and tell them what the Dr. Told me. Spent a lit of time on the phone.
I have always referred Dr foot in the past now I would not refer him at all. I am going to get a second opinion and maybe further my healthcare through another orthopedic surgeon at this point
