health needs, including the latest in medical technology and procedures

Saint Alphonsus will celebrate the opening of the Comprehensive Women's Specialty & Breast Care Centers, their newest additions to the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center campus in Boise. Building on a legacy of advanced treatments for women, the new centers will house the latest in preventative and treatment technologies for conditions ranging from breast cancer to wound healing, and pregnancy-related disorders to cervical cancer. Three renowned women's care physicians will lead the new centers – breast surgeon Dr. Elizabeth Prier, plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Linsey Etherington, and gynecologic oncologist Dr. G. Patrick Connor. The new Women's Specialty & Breast Care Centers also offer services such as genetic counseling, breast reconstruction, and 3-D mammography - providing local residents with the highest-caliber care, closer to home.
