Ed Castledine Joins Saint Alphonsus Health System as Vice President of Broker and Corporate Relations

Ed Castledine has joined Saint Alphonsus Health System as Vice President of Broker and Corporate Relations.
Castledine is responsible for the implementation of business strategies to support growth and strengthen vital stakeholder relationships with corporations, healthcare providers, state and local community leaders, insurance brokers, and the employer community. In this role, he interfaces closely with the employer community and insurance brokers to provide timely information on access to services and initiatives to ensure an exceptional member experience.
Before joining Saint Alphonsus, Castledine served as CEO of Saltzer Health and Market President of Select Health in Idaho. Castledine brings a rich background in healthcare at St. Luke’s Health System as a former CEO of the Nampa Hospital where he was responsible for the hospital’s start-up and as CEO of Treasure Valley Hospital.

A native of Nampa, Idaho, Castledine graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio before returning to Idaho and earning an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University.
