The best kind of healthcare helps you get the care that you need. That’s why Saint Alphonsus offers a House Calls Program for you or a loved one who has chronic illnesses and difficulty traveling. Your regular medical provider can arrange your first house call for you.
Your House Calls physician or nurse practitioner will work together with you, your loved ones and your regular healthcare provider to give you the best possible care. Then, when you are feeling better – usually after a few house calls – you will return to the care of your regular provider.
Some of our services include:
- In-home visits by a highly trained physician or
nurse practitioner who works closely with a healthcare team - A review of your current health conditions and
your need for help - Medication advice
- Help with arranging meals, personal hygiene and
other activities of daily living - Guidance in making difficult decisions about
