Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. Cardiac is a plus but not mandatory (additional pay for cardiac experience). No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Board certification through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of
• Anesthesiology (AOBA) or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment.
• Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
