- Each session begins with a simple guided yoga flow, breathing and relaxation and ends with a group lunch.
- Evidenced based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and more.
- Guided conversation to discuss the complexities of motherhood and strategies for adjustment.
- Companionship, growth, acceptance, education and connection with other moms.
- Children under the age of 5 are welcome – care will be provided.
- Coordination of individual counseling if desired.
