I explained my personal diet, which is Whole Food Plant Based with no added Sugar, Oil or Salt. Yet when my LDL was slightly elevated, the advice I was given was to limit my oil intake and eat low fat. I had already stated that I do both of these and I feel I was not listened to.

This is the first time I have seen this provider, as my Primary Care Provider Peter Larsen, Nurse Practitioner has moved on. He had the appointment set up with Sis. She was kind but seemed to be in a hurry and missed that I have not had a mammogram in a couple of years.

She wasn't real clear on what to do with my medication based on blood test. I was taken aback when she referred to my breasts as titties. Not professional. I'm sure she was just trying to be friendly and put me at ease but I did not think that was appropriate at all.
